An Affordable Everyday Fall Dress

As a dress lover I’m always trying to find casual yet cute dresses that I can wear on a day-to-day basis. I recently found a burgundy dress that is perfect for fall and has been one of my go-to dresses lately!

My Outfit Details:

This dress is $64.00 and available in burgundy and green! It’s super comfortable and easy to throw on, yet looks dressier and like I spent lots of time getting ready. I paired it with these sandals (currently on sale!) and a headband from Lizard Thicket Boutique.

This dress would also be so perfect for Thanksgiving and fall events! It could easily be dressed up with a pair of tights and some heels or booties.

First Day of School Outfit Ideas

I always love picking out my first day of school outfit. As a Junior in college, I only have two more last days of school…what!? Thankfully since I have so many different classes, I technically have a couple “first days” this week. In case you’re starting school soon (or just love fall clothing), I’ve created a lookbook featuring lots of pieces that would be adorable for your first day.

The first day is always so exciting! I love seeing old friends and meeting new ones – and love wearing all of my new school clothes! In the lookbook at the bottom of this post I added lots of dresses, skirts, tops, sweaters, and shoes that would complement your fall wardrobe perfectly. All of those items would be so cute to wear on the first day!!

In the photos below i’m wearing a BP cardigan, this striped dress, and paired it with some gold wedges (almost sold out, similar here). I’m in love with the striped dress and think it would be perfect for school! Since it does have spaghetti straps, I added a cardigan to make it dress-code appropriate, and because I’m always cold (especially in classrooms). It’s still fairly warm in Seattle, so I will be wearing wedges as much as I can until the weather gets colder. If it were cold already, I would pair this outfit with some booties.
